If you have already retained Neil Garfield or one of his law firms to do work for you and you wish to make an initial or monthly payment using a credit or debit card, or PayPal this is how to do it. It will show up on your Bank Statement as GTC Honors in most cases because General Transfer Corporation does the processing of the payments. Make sure you have selected the correct denomination. Then proceed the same as purchasing any other service on the store site. If you have any questions please call our customer service line at 520-405-1688 .
If costs are incurred in your case you will be notified BEFORE any charges to your account. Filing Fees, transcripts and investigation by a licensed private investigator costs are NOT covered by the legal fee retainer. However, they are not always required. Any costs, other than nominal costs under $100, will be disclosed and discussed with you before we take any action.
If your case settles the transaction will most likely NOT be completed using this processing platform. Any contingency fee arrangement, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, will exclude the value of the house or mortgage and include only damages awarded and paid in addition to or in lieu of possession and/or title to real property.
