Our analysts present various findings and general recommendations concerning the chain of "securitization" of your loan etc. his is usually helpful to homeowners, former homeowners and their attorneys in deciding on defensive or offensive strategies. The main point to remember is that the appearance of your loan in an instrument CLAIMING "ownership" of your loan is a self serving declaration and not necessarily true in a legal or any other sense. Most often there was no actual transfer of the obligation, note or mortgage, and no delivery of valid, authentic documents whose legal effect is the actual transfer of the entire loan. In virtually all cases, the securitization is "assumed" and the money from payments is split up along the lines of tacit and other agreements between entities that are not revealed to you at closing. It is not a substitute for an attorney's opinion and it is not a substitute for an expert declaration, although we have been told that in many states, the report and commentary were sufficient to obtain a Temporary Restraining Order and sometimes sufficient to force a response to discovery requests in litigation.
