We wanted to make certain however that you understood that this is not a PROPERTY search, it is a LOAN search. So each loan must be searched separately. The reason is simple: Most of the time the second mortgage or HELOC is pooled separately from the first mortgage. Thus if you want all loans searched, you must order a search for each one. However, in most cases, the only Lender or Pretender Lender that you are dealing with is the one in first position. The other loans could be done later or not at all.
