WE ARE FINANCING THE COST OF STARTING THIS UP. IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE.  HELP YOURSELVES AND HELP  OTHERS

Thank you for your Support. We advise ONE loan search even if you have more than one loan on the property. Check with your attorney. You should get legal advice from a licensed attorney familiar with the securitization of loans before you decide on anything. A search on the first loan on the property may be all that you need. We wanted to make certain however that you understood that this is not a PROPERTY search, it is a LOAN search. So each loan must be searched separately. The reason is simple: Most of the time the second mortgage or HELOC is pooled separately from the first mortgage. Thus if you want all loans searched, you must order a search for each one. However, in most cases, the only Lender or Pretender Lender that you are dealing with is the one in first position. The other loans could be done later or not at all. Again we strongly advise that you seek the advice of legal counsel before making a decision on this.
